More Information | How to Reach Us

RSVP encourages people 55 and older to volunteer in our community. We currently have 2,000 volunteers working at hundreds of businesses and non-profits in King County. RSVP can help you find the right volunteer opportunity in your area that best suits your time and interests.
Benefits of joining RSVP:
- You will become a member of the national network of SeniorCorps — a federal program overseeing RSVP, Foster Grandparents and Senior Companions.
- You may request reimbursement for public transit or auto mileage if you require transportation assistance in order to volunteer.
- While you are volunteering and traveling to and from you volunteer site, RSVP will provide supplemental personal and auto liability insurance in excess of your own coverage.
- You will receive RSVP's free quarterly newsletter, Experience in Action.
- You will be invited to an annual RSVP Volunteer Recognition event and receive a certificate and pin to commemorate your service.
- You will receive the personal attention of RSVP staff to find a volunteer site that is suited to your desires and needs.
