All Chef's Night Out (CNO) proceeds benefit Operation Frontline (OFL) — a partnership between Solid Ground and Share Our Strength (SOS) — offering classes on nutrition, healthy cooking, and food budgeting for Washington State families and individuals at risk of hunger and malnutrition. Chef's Night Out 2009 was another sell-out success, raising nearly $70,000 for OFL! CNO accounts for over half of OFL's annual budget, and thanks to our sponsors Charlie’s Produce and Whole Foods Market — and participating restaurants and chefs — 100% of ticket sales and the night’s proceeds went directly back to the program.
