GRANT ASSISTANCE FOR WOMEN IN NEED

WHEN: Through Friday, October 20, 2017

WHAT: Washington Women In Need (WWIN) is a nonprofit organization that provides education and healthcare grants to low-income women in Washington state. WWIN provides grants to determined women looking to build a better future. This fall, 60 – 75 educational grants will be distributed up to $5,000 each for the use over a one-year time period, which can be applied towards tuition and required books.

Program Requirements:

• Meet low-income qualifications
• 18+ years of age
• Historical barrier(s) to employment advancement
• Stable in housing and support systems
• At least 6 months of work experience in the food service industry
• Interest in enhancing your professional food service skills and career advancement
