Solid Ground’s Grievance Process is designed to provide people who come to us for services with a clear path to address concerns and grievances.
If you feel you haven’t been treated fairly or have a concern you can’t resolve with the people directly involved (or their supervisor), you can follow our Grievance Process to report and resolve your concerns.
You can ask for Grievance Policy and Process forms at any Solid Ground location reception desk or from program staff. You can also call 206.694.6700 or email info@solid-ground.org to request the forms.
