FARESTART ADULT OPEN ORIENTATION
WHEN: Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 9:30am
WHERE: FareStart, 700 Virginia, Seattle, WA 98101
WHAT: FareStart is enrolling new students in their Adult Culinary Program. FareStart is a free culinary training and job placement program with a 90% job placement rate. New students enrolled weekly.
Program offers:
- 16 weeks of hands-on culinary training in working professional kitchens
- Coaching to become successful in your work and in helping find a job
- Supportive Services for personal needs, including housing assistance

WINTER SHELTER
WHEN: Now through Sunday, December 31, 2017
WHERE: Seattle Mennonite Church, 3120 NE 125th St, Seattle, WA 98125
WHAT: Seattle Mennonite Church has opened their winter shelter for men and women. Open hours are nightly 7:30pm – 6:30am the following morning. It is recommended to call to check space availability. Walk-ins are accepted if maximum capacity hasn’t been reached.
