WHAT: The Truss Company is seeking multiple production workers to work at their Sumner location. Salary starts at $12/hour; various shifts available with 50 cents/hour differential. Entry level is fine, no HS diploma/GED or background check are required, and English Language Learners are encouraged to apply. Performance review after 90 days, then eligible for medical/vision/dental, paid vacation and 401K with company match.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
• Able to use power tools and read a tape measure
• Must be able to follow and complete verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
