WHAT: With a Little Help is hosting a free hour of Continuing Education. In this presentation, Chris Strand will talk about how home health is an underutilized benefit that can help folks remain in their homes, whether recovering from an illness, undergoing medical treatments, or dealing with disabilities. Home health provides rehabilitative care and assistance to safely and successfully remain at home or return home following a hospitalization. Services covered by Medicare and Private Insurance Benefits. Please register by February 8.

WHAT: Blessed Sacrament Church is hosting their weekly Sunday dinner. Meals are served with green salad, fruit salad, dessert, bread, coffee, milk and juice.

WHAT: United Way is offering free tax preparation for individuals making less than $66,000 per year. United Way can also assist with how to save a portion of your refund for savings purposes. They also help individuals access free financial coaching resources, healthcare, public benefits and ORCA LIFT alongside tax prep services. No appointment necessary. Last customer will be served 45 minutes before listed time. (Please note: If filing with your spouse, both parties must be present.)
What to bring (required):
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card/ITIN letters for everyone included in the return
- Tax Statements (W-2, 1099, SSA-1099 forms, etc)
- Health Insurance Forms (1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C)

OPEN ORIENTATION FOR CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM

WHAT: FareStart is a free culinary training and placement program. Students receive:
- 16 weeks of hands-on culinary training in working professional kitchens
